The technology help desk is staffed from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. We can help you with:
- Chromebook problems
- Other school device problems
- Software issues with assignments
- Problems with getting on the wi-fi
- New student chromebooks
- We do not loan or checkout chromebooks or chargers
- We do not fix personal phones or computers
We can fix it! Minor problems with keyboards, trackpads or the operating system/software will be fixed free of charge. Accidental or intentional damage will be charged at the rates shown.
Bring your device to the tech office in the high school first. We may be able to fix it for free.
Checks should be made payable to Pine River-Backus Schools and should be given to a school secretary.
