Condition Definitions
• New– Item is new and unused. Likely comes in original packaging either sealed or unsealed.
• Like New – Item is used but barely. Item looks and functions as if it were just out of the box.
• Very Good – Item functions as like new. Item has minimal wear and tear such as dirt, dust, scuffs or scratches.
• Good – Item works well but has some cosmetic defects that are more than minor. Item defects could include scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, dirt, paint, etc.
• Fair – Item works but has issues –OR– has serious cosmetic defects that should be repaired.
• Poor – Item does not function, is broken, or needs major repairs, cosmetic or otherwise

Terms & Conditions- Read Carefully!
• Item image is of specific item or for some furniture, a very similar item of the same size.
• Item is sold AS IS with no guarantee or warranty given as to its function, condition, or use. Buyers can inspect in-person upon request. Questions will be answered to the best of our knowledge.
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
• Sizes provided are +/- two inches and are not exact.
• By placing a winning bid, buyer agrees to pay for the item in full by the time of pick up and agrees to pick up the item within 14 days of purchase. Items can be picked up during regular business hours Monday-Friday.
• We will pick the items from storage and you will load. Bring help if necessary.
• Some items have a reserve price which must be met before a bid will result in a sale. If the reserve is not met, the item will NOT be sold.
• An item will be relisted for sale if:
◦ Payment is not received within 14 days
◦ Item is not picked up within 14 days
◦ Item’s reserve bid is not met
Payment
–MN & Cass County Sales Tax will be added to all items and is not reflected/included in your bid.
–There are no additional buyer’s premiums or fees on auction or buy now items.
–Items can be paid for with Credit Card via our website, cashier’s check or money-order payable to Pine River-Backus Schools, or cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
