- No buyer’s premium or bid fees
- Auction is online only and open to the public.
- Buyer responsible for paying MN sales tax.
- Seller is selling item AS IS and provides no guarantees, refunds, or exchanges.

- It is the bidder/buyer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to bidding.

- Item must be paid in full before it will be released by the seller.
- Pick-up only. If delivery is required, it is the buyer’s responsibility to secure third-party transport.
